"KOREAN" BOOLKOKI 
3 lb. lean beef (chuck, sirloin tips or steak)
1 c. salad oil
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
4 tbsp. chopped green onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. sesame seeds

Cut beef in thin strips or slices. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat making sure meat is well covered with sauce. Marinate overnight in refrigerator.

When ready to broil, pour off surplus sauce and save it. Baste meat with sauce during broiling. Serve over rice. Serve cabbage salad and dessert of fruit. Serves 6.
