1/2 c. oil
1/3 c. wine vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. hot wing sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
