1 qt. Cool Whip
1 pt. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 pkg. orange Jello
1 can mandarin oranges
1/3 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. miniature marshmallows (optional)
1/3 c. sm. bits pineapple (optional)

Mix Jello into cottage cheese. Be sure Jello is dissolved. Blend in Cool Whip. Blend in oranges, coconut, marshmallows, pineapple. Let sit 1 hour in refrigerator. A wonderfully sweet salad or treat.
