BUTTERMILK POUND CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. Crisco
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1/2 tsp. rum extract

Cream butter, Crisco and sugar. Add one egg at a time, beating well. Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk. Beat well and add flavoring. Pour into greased and floured cake pan. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
