HOT SAUCE 
2 qt. canned tomatoes or fresh
1 green pepper
Lg. onion
2 garlic cloves (garlic salt)

Or:

15 to 20 hot banana peppers or
7 to 10 jalepeno peppers (cayenne pepper hotter)
1 sm. can tomato paste

Cook for 1 hour to 1 1/2 hour. Makes large amount. Let cool. Put in freezer bag and freeze. Good with chips.
