1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
1 onion
1/2 c. catsup (or tomato sauce)

SAUCE:

1/2 c. catsup (or tomato sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. mustard
1 c. water
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Mix first 7 ingredients together and form in loaves. Mix ingredients for sauce and pour over meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, basting occasionally.
