HOT MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 1/4 c. onions, chopped
1 can Old El Paso hot jalapeno relish
1 can tomato sauce
1 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 box cooked tortillas or tostados
2 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
2 c. ripe olives, sliced

Saute meat and onions; prepare sauce (relish, tomato sauce, water and salt) and simmer 5 minutes. Dip 4 to 6 tortillas or tostados in sauce and line baking dish. Then add layer of meat, olives, cheese; repeat layering. Top with cheese for last layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
