HOT DOG RELISH 
8 lg. onions
1 med. head cabbage
12 green peppers
6 red peppers
10 green tomatoes
1/2 c. salt
6 c. sugar
1 tbsp. mustard seed
1 tbsp. celery seed
1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
4 c. vinegar

Put vegetables though feed chopper, coarse blade. Sprinkle with salt and let stand overnight. Drain and rinse; combine remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables (mix). Heat to boiling. Simmer 3 minutes. Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal.
