1 c. butter
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts

Cream butter, cocoa, and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well. Add flour, coconut, and nuts and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in 9x14 inch pan. Cool slightly and spread 1 jar marshmallow cream over the top. Cool completely and frost with any chocolate frosting.
