PEACHES N' CREAM 
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
3 1/4 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
3 tbsp. butter
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 (15 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained (reserve juice)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. reserved juice
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

In large bowl, combine flour, salt, baking powder, pudding, butter, egg and milk. Beat for 2 minutes, medium speed. Pour into greased 9-inch pan. Place sliced peaches over batter. Combine in a small bowl the cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and 3 tablespoons reserved juice; beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Spoon to within 1-inch of dish edge. Combine and sprinkle over cheese filling 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes.

Serves 8.
