STONE GROUND WHEAT MUFFINS 
1 egg, beater
4 tbsp. oil
3/4 c. milk
2 c. wheat flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Blend until soft enough to pour into muffin (well greased). Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees.

Caution: Stay away from the butter dish when eating these warm muffins. I have the bottom to prove the warming is correct.
