CLAM DIP 
2 cans of clams, drained (save juice)
1 lg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp lemon juice
dash of salt

Soften cheese with fork, add clams and enough juice for desired consistency. Add seasoning and chill overnight.
