BLUEBERRY - APPLE CRISP 
1 pt. fresh blueberries
6 Granny apples, peeled & thinly sliced
1/2 c. sugar
Juice of 1 lemon

Mix and combine above in 9 x 13 inch greased baking dish. Set aside.

In large bowl, combine the following ingredients and spread over blueberry mixture: 3/4 c. whole wheat flour 1/2 c. apple juice 1/2 c. raisins 1/2-3/4 c. brown sugar, packed 2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 3 tbsp. butter

Mix oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Cut in the butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add apple juice and sprinkle mixture over apples and blueberries. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
