CHICKEN BITES 
1 lg. bone and breast of chicken
2 tbsp. oil
5 c. flour
2 1/2 c. milk
2 1/2 c. eggs, beaten

Cut chicken into 1 inch strips. Pour oil into a medium frying pan. Combine eggs and milk in a small bowl. Pour flour into equal size bowl. Dip chicken into milk/egg mixture then in flour. Place battered chicken into pan and cook until brown. Drain on paper towels.
