1 yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
1 egg

Mix these together and place in the bottom of a 13 x 9 x 3 inch pan. 2 eggs 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

Mix these together and pour over first layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool well and cut into squares.
