LEMON-CHEESE DESSERT 
2 c. flour
2 sticks butter, softened

FILLING:

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. Cool Whip

4 1/2 c. milk

Mix flour and butter until crumbly, press into 9x13 glass pan.

Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip. Spread on cooled crust. Refrigerate at least 20 minutes.

Beat pudding and milk to pudding consistency. Spread on cheese mixture. Top with Cool Whip.
