OVEN CHOW MEIN 
1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 lb. ground pork (1 lb. ground beef is ok)
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. chopped celery
Chopped onion, to taste
1 c. uncooked rice
2 c. hot water
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 can Chinese vegetables, drained

Brown meat lightly in butter. Add remaining ingredients and pour into a 2 quart casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Stir occasionally while baking. Serve over chow mein noodles. Chun King and La Chow have a selection of Chinese vegetables.
