GOLDEN GATE CHOW MEIN 
1 lb. lean pork roast, cut into bite size pieces
1 c. chopped celery
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. monosodium glutamate
2 c. beef broth (dissolve 2 bouillon cubes in 2 c. boiling water)

Brown meat on both sides; stir in celery, soy sauce, monosodium glutamate, and broth. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. 1 can Chinese veggies 1 can mushrooms, save liquid 2 tbsp. brown gravy sauce

Blend cornstarch with mushroom liquid. Gradually stir into meat. Add mushrooms, veggies, and brown gravy. Bring to boil, stirring all the time. Boil about 1 minute. Serve with 3 cups chow mein noodles or rice.
