LEMON HONEY CHICKEN 
1 fryer (3 lbs.)
1/4 c. oil
1 egg yolk, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. paprika
Salt and pepper
1/4 c. honey
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Season chicken with salt and pepper; place in a baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and mix until well blended. Pour over chicken and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until tender. Turn and baste chicken while baking. Serves 4 to 6.
