BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 heads broccoli, tips only
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. unsalted peanuts
1 c. raisins
4 slices bacon
1/2 c. chopped green onions

DRESSING:

2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. lite Miracle Whip
1/4 c. skim milk

Cut up broccoli florets in small pieces. Cook bacon crispy, break up and toss all ingredients. Mix vinegar, sugar, Miracle Whip and skim milk. Increase or decrease milk for dressing consistency. Pour over tossed together ingredients and toss again. Refrigerate.
