ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. zucchini, thinly sliced 2 med. onions, chopped 1 box Stove Top dressing 1/2 c. melted butter 1 c. grated carrots 1 c. sour cream 1 can cream of chicken soup Place zucchini and onions in pan with water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Drain well. Place crumbs and seasoning package in a bowl. Add butter and mix well. In a large bowl combine zucchini, onions, carrots and sour cream, soup, salt and pepper and half of Stove Top mix. Stir well. Pour into greased 2 quart casserole dish. Put remaining Stove Top crumbs on top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. |
