CALIFORNIA SALAD 
1 head Romaine lettuce, torn
2 avocados, sliced
4 oz. bleu cheese, crumbled
1 c. walnuts, chopped

VINAIGRETTE DRESSING:

1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. garlic wine vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Whip vinaigrette dressing ingredients immediately before serving over the salad ingredients.
