SHRIMP SUPREME 
1/2 lb. shrimp, cooked
1 med. onion, chopped
1 med. tomato, chopped
1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
4 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. white wine
Dash of Tabasco
1 1/4 c. half and half
1 tbsp. flour

Saute onions until barely cooked, add tomatoes and mushrooms, together with Worcestershire, wine and Tabasco.

In a water glass mix the half and half and flour and pour into the vegetable mixture. (Be ready if it starts to curdle, to pour in a little cold milk). When thickened add the shrimp cut or broken in about 1 inch pieces. Salt and pepper to taste and serve over broiled rice.
