HEATH BAR CAKE | |
2 c. brown sugar 2 c. sifted flour 1/2 c. butter 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 6 Heath bars, frozen 1 egg 1 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional) Mix sugar, flour and butter until crumbly. (Reserve 1 cup of mixture for topping.) Add soda, salt, egg, milk and vanilla. Stir until well blended. Pour in well greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle reserved mix on top. Crush frozen Heath bars in plastic bag and sprinkle candy and nuts on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes. |
