CREAMY CURRIED PEAS 
3 pkgs. frozen peas
6 tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
6 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. curry powder
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Cook peas until just tender, drain and set aside. Make cream sauce, using flour, butter and milk with salt and pepper to taste. Add peas to cream sauce and pour into a buttered casserole. Make topping by mixing crushed corn flakes, with salt, curry powder and butter. Spread curry topping mixture over the creamed peas and bake 15 minutes at 325 degrees or until peas are heated through and topping is browned.
