CREAMY PEA SALAD 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
9 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 c. cashews, coarsely chopped

Combine first 7 ingredients, stirring gently. Chill 3 to 4 hours. Stir in bacon and cashews. Serve on lettuce leaves. Serves 4.
