BEST EVER CHOCOLATE CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
2 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling water

Sift dry ingredients together. Beat sugar, oil, cocoa, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Add flour mixture and buttermilk - mix well. Add boiling water and mix well again. Put in 13 x 9 inch pan. Very moist. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
