MAPLE WALNUT PIE 
1 c. flour
1/3 c. butter
3 tbsp. cold buttermilk

Chill 1 hour.

FILLING:

4 lg. eggs
3/4 c. maple syrup
Dash of cinnamon
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. walnut pieces

Beat all ingredients together except nuts. Spread nuts on crust. Pour in filling. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
