1/2 c. flour
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. walnuts

Mix all together. Crumble with hands onto greased brownie pan. Press down. Cook at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

FILLING #1:
1/4 c. Cool Whip
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
4 oz. cream cheese

Mix all together. Spread into pan, then chill.

FILLING #2:
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 1/2 c. milk

Mix/spread. Top with remaining Cool Whip before serving.
