BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. all purpose flour
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. crumbled blue cheese
1 c. milk
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked & drained
1/3 c. rich round crackers, crushed

In large saucepan, blend butter, flour, and cheese. Add milk; cook and stir until mixture boils. Stir in cooked broccoli. Place in a 1 quart casserole, top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
