LAMBURGER QUICHE 
1 (9-inch) deep dish pie shell, baked
1/2 lb. ground lamb, browned
2 tbsp. minced onions
1/2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
6 eggs
1 c. half & half
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1/2 tsp. salt

Bake the pie shell according to directions. Brown the ground lamb and minced onions over medium heat. Drain and add to the pie shell. Sprinkle the shredded Swiss cheese over meat mixture. Beat together eggs and remaining ingredients until well blended. Pour over cheese-meat mixture.
