CHEESY BROCCOLI SOUP 
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked & drained
Dash of pepper

In a 2 quart saucepan, cook onions in butter until tender. Add remaining ingredients; stir over low heat until cheese is melted and mixture is hot.
