DIABETIC COLESLAW 
2 c. cabbage, shredded
1 tbsp. green pepper, diced
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. water
2 drops Sucaryl
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine vinegar, water and salt and pepper; add Sucaryl. Add to cabbage and green pepper and mix well.

EXCHANGE: 1 serving - 1 vegetable

YIELD: 4 (1/2 cup) servings
