JAPANESE WINGS 
5 lbs. chicken wings (and/or sparerib bits)
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. white vinegar

Break wings at joint and discard tip. Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, and vinegar and pour over wing pieces, in roasting pan. Cook uncovered at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Stir very frequently.
