SNAPPER SCANDINAVIAN 
1 - 1 1/2 lbs. red snapper fillets pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. dill weed
2 tsp. chopped parsley
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes

Arrange fish in single layer in buttered, shallow baking pan. Season with pepper, garlic, salt, dill weed, parsley, and onion. Pour tomatoes over fish. Bake in a 400 degree oven 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes with fork. Serves 4.
