BAKED CHICKEN A LA ORANGE 
2 1/2 lb. chicken, cut up
Salt and pepper -- dash
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. oil
1 c. orange juice
1/2 c. chili sauce
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 med. oranges, peeled and sliced

Season chicken; lightly coat with flour. Brown in oil in large skillet. Transfer to 3 quart baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients except oranges. Pour over chicken. Cover. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Add oranges. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes. Serves 4.

VARIATION:

Use McCormick's Fried Chicken Seasoning and Lemon Pepper to taste, in place of seasoned flour above.
