BAKED OYSTERS 
3 c. coarse cracker crumbs
3 doz. raw oysters
1/4 c. oyster liquid
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
2/3 c. chopped parsley
2/3 c. chopped green onions
Tabasco sauce

Scald oyster liquid, milk, butter and salt and pepper. Put 1/3 of crumbs in greased casserole. Add 1/2 of oysters. Dot each oyster with Tabasco. Sprinkle with 1/2 parsley and green onions. Add 1/3 crumbs and repeat layers. Pour scalded milk mixture over oyster-crumb mixture. Top with 1/3 crumbs. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
