TEXAS POTATOES 
3 pkgs. hash browns or 1 lg. pkg.
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can of cream of chicken soup
1 (12 oz.) carton French fried onion soup

Combine all ingredients in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Cover with crumbled potato chips and bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 6-8 people.
