5 oz. vanilla ice cream
2 Oreo cookies and 1 whole cookie for garnish
1 oz. chocolate syrup
2 oz. milk
Kahula if desired

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with cookie, chocolate sprinkles or chocolate shavings. Makes one serving.
