4 pork steaks
3/4 to 1 c. Western style dressing
3/4 to 1 c. flour
Salt and pepper

Tenderize the steaks by pounding the flour, salt and pepper into them. Brown on both sides. Place steaks in foil covered cookie sheet. Brush both sides of steaks with dressing. Fold foil over top of steak. Bake at 325 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
