1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
Pinch of salt
2 tsp. baking soda

Beat well. Drop by teaspoonfuls in hot oil. Turn after floating to top. Shake in bag with powdered sugar.
