OATMEAL BUTTERSCOTCH COOKIES 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 lg. eggs
1 1/2 c. quick oats
2 c. butterscotch chips

Cream butter and sugars. Add vanilla and eggs. Stir in dry ingredients then chips. Spread in greased 15 x 10 x 1 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
