2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. zucchini, shredded (do not peel)
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. Bisquick

Mix all together and fry on medium hot grill until brown. Serve with butter and syrup.
