CABBAGE LASAGNA 
2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 med. sized onion, chopped
1 lg. head cabbage, chopped
2 (15 oz.) Italian style Marinare sauce
1 can mushrooms
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
8 to 10 oz. mild cheddar cheese

Cook cabbage in salted water. Drain and set aside. Saute hamburger and onions. Drain off fat. Add all other ingredients and simmer 10 minutes except cheeses and cabbage. Layer cabbage and meat sauce in large casserole (greased) with 1 layer of cheese inside. Top with remaining cheeses.
