MEATBALLS 
1-2 lb. meatloaf mix (beef, veal, pork)
3/4 c. grated Italian cheese
2-3 eggs
1 c. fresh bread crumbs or stale bread, soaked & strained, squeeze out all water
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 clove garlic
Salt & pepper

Mix all ingredients together. Spray pan with olive oil spray. Make balls and place in oven at 375 degrees for 30-45 minutes until brown. Cool 10 minutes and add to sauce.
