BEST EVER BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
2 c. flour
1 c.sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. blueberries
1 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. butter, melted

Combine 2 cups flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside. Combine buttermilk, egg, 1/4 cup melted butter and vanilla. Add liquid to dry ingredients all at once, stirring until all flour is moistened, Stir together blueberries and 1 tablespoon flour; fold into batter. Fill paper lined muffin tins 3/4 full of batter. Combine 3 tablespoons flour, 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 tablespoon melted butter for streusel topping; sprinkle over muffin batter. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
