BEST EVER BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
1 3/4 c. all purpose flour
1/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. blueberries
1/3 c. oil
3/4 c. milk
1 egg, well beaten

Sift dry ingredients into a bowl, make well in center. Combine egg, milk and oil. Add all at once to dry ingredients. Stir quickly just until moistened. Gently stir in blueberries. Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 10 muffins.
