LADY FINGER CHEESECAKE 
3 pkg. lady fingers
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. sugar
1 pt. heavy cream

Line sides and bottom of springform pan with lady fingers, then set aside. Cream the cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar; mix well. Beat heavy cream until stiff and fold the heavy cream into the cream cheese mixture. Put half of mixture in pan over the lady fingers. Put another layer of lady fingers on top. Add rest of cream cheese mixture on top of lady fingers.

You may put blueberries, cherries, or any canned fruit on top and put into refrigerator. Chill at least 8 hours or overnight.
