HOT FRUITED TEA PUNCH 
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 cinnamon stick (2 inch)
1/4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. pineapple juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice
6 c. boiling water
3 tbsp. instant tea

In saucepan, combine sugar, water, orange and lemon rinds and cinnamon stick; boil for 5 minutes. Reduce heat. Add orange, pineapple and lemon juices; keep hot. Combine boiling water and instant tea; let steep 5 minutes. Add to fruit juices and serve hot. Garnish with lemon slices if desired.

Makes 10 - 5 ounce servings.
