BROWN RICE BERRY DELIGHT 
1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry jelly (or any whole berry jelly or preserve)
1/4 c. sugar
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 (4 oz.) carton vanilla yogurt
1 pkg. sugar free orange gelatin
1 c. hot water
1 bag Success 10-minute brown rice, cooked

Combine all ingredients, pour into a mold. Chill and serve. For a great holiday fare, prepare cranberry rice toss. Combine first five ingredients above. Heat slightly in a saucepan. Serve as a sauce over brown rice. May be garnished with pecan halves and whole cranberries.
